Lake Oswego waterfront homes for sale are moving. It’s true. Boating season is opening and things are moving on Oswego Lake! In the last week we have seen two significant Lake Oswego waterfront homes for sale close in escrow.
Lake Oswego Waterfront Home Sales In The Last Week:
3142 LAKEVIEW BLVD: Closed in escrow on 3/28/2016. This beautiful Oswego Lake waterfront estate is located on what we sometimes call the “gold coast” of LO – Lakeview Blvd. It was listed in the RMLS on 5/25/2015 for $4,350,000 and after 298 days on market it went under contract and closed for 91.49% of its list price at $3,980,000. The purchase of this North side of the lake waterfront home was via cash.

It closed on 3/31 with a final sales price of $3,400,000 or 86.19% of its original listing price in the RMLS. It was purchased via a loan and is located on the South side of Oswego Lake.

There are 4 Lake Oswego waterfront homes for sale that are currently pending in escrow. They range in list price from $1,050,000 to $2,595,000 with an average list price of $1,851,250, and a median list price of $1,880,000. The average dollar per square foot of the these based on their listing price is $581.

The average dollar per square foot of these is $671, but because of the large home on Northshore Rd, the dollar per square foot calculation should not be weighted as heavily.
