17129 Kelok Rd: Just five houses up the canal from the Lake Oswego waterfront home which sold above, is a new construction Oswego lakefront home. This one was listed on 9/24/2014 for $1,299,000 and closed in escrow on 1/20/2015 for $1,299,000. Just under 90 days on the market.
